All Apartments
These terms apply to the apartments on our website http://www.barcelonaapartments-k.com.
The prices we quote you include all taxes, linen, towels, cleaning of the apartment; there are no hidden extras.
We will confirm your reservation based on the booking form a few hours after we received it. If you did not receive our confirmation email within 24 hours from the time you sent the form please email us, to make sure that we received your form.
The standard check-in time is at 14:00 and standard check-out at 11:00. If possible we'll arrange for you early check in or late check out; for late check in or out late at night or very early in the morning extra charges may apply.
We do our best to meet our clients demands and whenever the layout and furnishings of the apartment permit it, we'll make the sleeping arrangements required. Please see the description of each apartment or contact us to see the arrangements we can make for each apartment.
To finalize your reservation a 20% deposit is required; this is part of the total cost of accommodation and NOT an extra fee. Payment of the balance on arrival will be made in euros (cash).
The deposits required can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. Payments by credit card are processed through the secure PayPal system. Our registered email address where we can receive payments by PayPal is apartments-k (at) runbox.com. This system allows you to make the payment through a secure website which is specialized in online payments. It also assures you that we will NOT have access to your credit card details and that your private information will not be stored once the payment is completed.
Since this is NOT a reservation fee separated from the accommodation cost, the amount to be paid in advance is not fixed, it depends on the total cost of the accommodation. Therefore once we receive your reservation we'll make a special payment page for you showing the apartment, the dates of your stay and the amount to be paid.
Cancellation policy: the deposit is refunded to you in case of cancellation, if you notify us before the period where cancellation charges apply. This period depends on each apartment (please see each apartment's details) and is generally between 14 and 30 days before arrival. In case of late notification we will retain the deposit as cancellation charge.
